We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Augtime. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.

Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

• Contact our customer support team at augtime_service@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

• We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or error on our part.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Refunds do not include original shipping costs.
