For health and hygiene reasons, adult wellness products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible unopened items. Please contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
Items We Cannot Accept
We cannot accept returns for opened, used, damaged-by-customer, washed, altered, or intimate-use products with broken seals. Gift cards, clearance items, and final-sale items are not returnable unless required by law.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees may be non-refundable where allowed by law.
