Augtime serves customers in the United States. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed and supplier availability is checked.
Processing Time
Most orders are prepared within 2 to 5 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, supplier delays, address checks, or high-volume periods.
Estimated Delivery
Because some items may ship through a supplier-direct fulfillment model, estimated delivery is typically 7 to 18 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Discreet Packaging
Orders are shipped in discreet packaging whenever possible. Package labels do not intentionally display explicit product names.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent by email after the order ships. Tracking updates may take several days to appear.
Address Accuracy
Please enter your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.
