Orders ship in plain packaging whenever possible. Package exteriors do not intentionally display explicit product names.

Orders are processed after payment and supplier availability are confirmed. Estimated delivery is typically 7 to 18 business days after processing, depending on item availability and carrier updates.

For health and hygiene reasons, adult wellness products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of delivery.
